Migrated to Wordpress

Blogger gave me no choices !! The layout is so difficult to customize considering I’m still a newb on this kind of thing and there is only a little website which provide free theme with good quality outlook, other than that the old and new blogger account make me confuse by keep switching it. I really wanted to change my blog to other services for quite sometime but all my posts and comments on blogger I have been made, make me think twice to change. Today I tried googling “migrate from blogger to wordpress“. I was quite shock with the result, the fact that actually Wordpress provide us with “one click” away feature to migrate all post and comments from blogger. The features are great and there are so many good looking theme from within the site or in other sites, so well why not I try and see how it goes and end up… well you can see where you read this post :)

It has been almost a year since I used blogger as my blog server and today I decided to change to Wordpress and using my own server to hold the data :p See ya Blogger…

About the new template, there are so much of a good things here, such as live search which you can find on the top right corner of this blog. Just type word there and the search engine will start finding as you type. And there are also Calendar Archives which we can browse on every year and month in calendar view. Like always Recent Posts and Recent Comments are shown on the sidebar. Comments are now implant on the page it self by clicking the title of each post (no more pop ups) and we can also submit comment directly on the bottom side of each post. Older word on the top left can be clicked to browse older posts, you can also drag it left and right the Line Archives beside it and the page will change according to the page.

So well… hope you guys like the theme and all the features, once again Wordpress!

roy-chang.com: Change the background

blogger: Change the header (put an repeating image) and added script snapshot

multiply: Added new header, new footer, curly design on top/bottom of the profile photo on the right and top links navigation background :)

I like green !! as you can see… :D

hahaha I just realise that I like green color so much LOL, from almost all my shirt, my bermuda, and you also can see from the last blog layout and now THIS one haha, yup once again I change my blog design, Coz you know… I’m the type of the person who easily bored with something, and and I need new feelings, refreshment, and anythings I can do to avoid boredom :P

I called this theme as ”Green Block”

Added Random Photos

Since my domain has upped, I’m thinking of adding new feature in my blog which is “Random Photos” on the top of the page :D those photos will always load randomly every time you open this blog or by pressing F5 (refresh)

Few other changes like moving the “Credits” and “Categories” to the right side menu and removed random photos on the bottom (since not so useful) :D

Roy-Chang.com join venture with Blogger.com

After think quite short *eh?* I finally make up my mind and “melted” my blog together with blogger.com (roy-chang.blogspot.com) not because easy to manage but I can also meet another blogger (which is good in my opinion) but still I hosted all the files into my server, and you can always access this page from http://www.roy-chang.com/blogs

Blogger from blogspot can also add comments using their account into my blog ’cause technically, my blog is blogspot :)

MyBlog design revamped !!

Got nothing much to do today and I decided to revamp MyBlog design, and well…here we go, tell me you like it or not guys. The new concept for my design is actually dark and compact. I also put vectorized design on the top part, change the font type and rearrange the smilies. To be honest I like this one better than the previous one, more eye catching and no childish things anymore (go away you bear) :suspi:

But still not perfect yet, must edit some css codes here and there, and thanks to Van for his suggestion to adding HOME button in every pages :lol: now easy to navigate (after you post comments or viewed full page of post you can click home on the top navigation bar to go back)
